Annotatsiya. Oliy ta’lim jamiyatning intellektual salohiyatini yaratish bilan birga uning ma’naviy barqarorligi, fuqarolik birdamligi va kasbiy etikasi uchun mas’ul ijtimoiy institutdir. Raqamli axborot oqimlari kuchaygan, kasblar mazmuni tez yangilanayotgan va talabaning hayotiy tanlovlari murakkablashayotgan sharoitda universitet faqat bilim uzatuvchi makon boʻlib qololmaydi. U talabaning mustaqil fikrlashi, axloqiy qaror qabul qilishi, oʻz huquq va burchlarini anglab yashashi hamda kasbiy faoliyatining ijtimoiy oqibatlarini baholay olishini rivojlantirishi lozim.

Аннотация. Высшее образование - это социальный институт, ответственный не только за развитие интеллектуального потенциала общества, но и за поддержание его нравственной устойчивости, гражданской солидарности и профессиональной этики. В условиях нарастания потоков цифровой информации, стремительной трансформации профессиональных ролей и усложнения жизненного выбора студентов университет больше не может ограничиваться лишь передачей знаний. Он призван формировать у обучающихся способность к самостоятельному мышлению и принятию этически обоснованных решений, воспитывать осознание ими своих прав и обязанностей, а также учить оценивать социальные последствия своей профессиональной деятельности.

Abstract. Higher education is a social institution responsible not only for developing society’s intellectual potential but also for upholding its moral resilience, civic solidarity, and professional ethics. Amidst the surging flow of digital information, the rapid transformation of professional roles, and the increasing complexity of the life choices students face, the university can no longer limit itself to the mere transmission of knowledge. It is called upon to foster in students the capacity for independent thought and ethically grounded decision-making, to cultivate an awareness of their rights and responsibilities, and to teach them to evaluate the social consequences of their professional activities.
